It all began for David Boman back in the fourth grade when he learned that the boarder for the Creek and Cherokee Nations was just across the road from where he lived. Since then, his interest in local history has only grown. No one has more fun on his tours than he does, yet his curiosity is infectious. David does not disappoint.

Wilhelmina Thomas, born and raised in Birmingham has lived some of the very history that she covers on her tours. Her insight is unique and she is an advocate for less-publicized historical sites. If asked a question to which she does not immediately know the answer, she is tireless in learning the facts, so she can pass them on.
